General Provisions
The General Terms and Conditions of business using the online application (hereinafter: General Terms) apply to the free use of the Toll For All application via the web portal https://toll4all.com.
Users of the Toll For All application are natural and legal persons who meet the criteria set out in the General Terms, are familiar with and have fully accepted the General Terms, and have given consent to the processing of personal data, following completed registration and entry of the required personal data (user's first and last name, user's address, email address, phone number).
Description of Services and Products
Putevi Srbije d.o.o. will sell the electronic toll collection service through the website https://toll4all.com, which includes the service of payment of accrued tolls on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, i.e. on highways maintained by this company, as well as the sale of configured electronic toll collection devices (hereinafter: TAG device), which is a device used to pay accrued tolls electronically.
Registered users of the Toll For All application will have access to:
- payment of the electronic toll collection service,
- purchase of a TAG device,
- creation of a personal user account and access to all data and usage transactions of the Toll For All device,
- cost control for the toll collection service through monitoring of transactions and current spending,
- archive of all previously issued invoices for toll collection, with a display of individual specifications of vehicle passages, i.e. the registered Toll For All device.
Payment Methods
Payment for the service and purchase of the TAG device through the Toll For All application can be made using payment cards -- VISA, MasterCard and DinaCard that support online payment. Card payments are processed in cooperation with Banka Postanska Stedionica AD, Belgrade, and are carried out in a secure and certified manner via the Payment Gateway, by simply entering payment card details.
For payment of the accrued toll service, all registered users of the Toll For All application will have funds automatically deducted from the registered payment card account on a daily basis in the amount of the accrued charge.
The user is obliged to verify with the issuing bank whether the card they possess supports online payment.
Conversion Statement
All payments through the Toll For All application will be made in dinars, while the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used for informational display of prices in other currencies. Your payment card will be charged for the amount obtained by converting your local currency at the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference between the price charged to you and the price displayed on our website.
Complaint Procedure
The complaint procedure regarding a completed online transaction for the use of the electronic toll collection service and/or purchase of a TAG device is initiated by calling the Customer Support service of Putevi Srbije d.o.o. at the phone number 0800-111-004 or by sending a request to the email address enp.reklamacije@putevi-srbije.rs, where it is mandatory to state the user's ID number (received in the notification email with each completed transaction). When submitting a complaint, the user is obliged to fill in the Complaint Form, which is available on the web portal as an online form.
We kindly ask users to contact our Customer Support service at the phone number listed above if, after a completed transaction for the toll payment service or purchase of a TAG device, the user has any objection to the amount charged.
You will receive a response to the submitted complaint in writing or electronically, within the legally prescribed period, i.e. no later than eight days from the date of receipt of the complaint in writing or electronically. The deadline for resolving the complaint is 15 days from the moment of its submission.
A complaint regarding the functionality of a TAG device may be submitted at toll stations and sales points of Putevi Srbije d.o.o. Belgrade, as well as at all sales points of authorized distributors. When submitting a complaint regarding the functionality of a TAG device, the user is obliged to provide the device in question so that its functionality can be verified.
Buyer's Right to Withdraw from the Distance Contract
The buyer may withdraw from the Distance Contract by completing the Withdrawal Statement on the contract withdrawal form and sending it to the email address korisnickicentar@putevi-srbije.rs, except in cases prescribed by the Consumer Protection Act or other relevant legislation, including, but not limited to, the delivery of goods manufactured according to the consumer's specific requirements or clearly personalized, which is the case with the purchase of a TAG device, which is personalized with the buyer's data at the time of purchase.
The buyer agrees that the service activation begins immediately and that they thereby forfeit the right to withdraw from the purchase of the TAG device within 14 days.
Putevi Srbije d.o.o. is obliged to notify the buyer of the receipt of the Withdrawal Statement electronically. The deadline for submitting the Withdrawal Statement is 14 days, counting from the moment of conclusion of the Contract, i.e. successful registration of the user.
If the user submits a request to withdraw from the Contract and exercises their right on this basis, in accordance with the General Terms and the Consumer Protection Act, the Contract shall be deemed to have never been concluded.
If the user exercises the right to withdraw from the Contract, in the manner described in the General Terms, they are obliged to settle all debts towards Putevi Srbije d.o.o. based on services provided up to the moment when the user notified the service provider of exercising their right to withdraw from the Contract.
Refund
In the event that a refund of certain funds is approved upon the user's complaint, and the user made the payment using one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the refund, Putevi Srbije d.o.o. is obliged to process the refund exclusively via the VISA and EC/MC payment methods, which means that the bank will refund the funds to the payment card account on which the reserved/charged funds are held.
Changes to the General Terms
Putevi Srbije d.o.o. aims to make the Toll For All application as useful and functional as possible, and for this reason the General Terms will be periodically updated and published as such on the official website, becoming effective immediately.
Putevi Srbije d.o.o. has the right and obligation to supplement and amend the General Terms and the price list in order to align them with changes to the Law on Charges for the Use of Public Goods and/or general acts of the road manager, Putevi Srbije d.o.o., other binding general acts, its business policy, and user needs. Putevi Srbije d.o.o. will inform users of amendments and supplements to the General Terms and the price list via the aforementioned website.
Privacy Policy
Public Enterprise (PE) "Roads of Serbia" takes the privacy of every individual very seriously, respects and strives to protect the personal data of its users, respecting the Privacy Policy, i.e. information on the method of collection and processing of personal data of users of the Toll For All application, as well as the way in which registered data is protected, used, the circumstances under which they may be deleted or disclosed, as well as the right to his consent for the use of this information
By accessing and using the Toll For All application, the user confirms that he agrees with the collection and use of collected information in accordance with this Privacy Policy of PE "Roads of Serbia"
In case of questions or any doubts regarding the Privacy Policy, the method of data collection and data processing, the user of the Toll For All application can use the Customer Support service, via the email address korisnickicentar@putevi-srbije.rs.
Personal data
Personal data is data that can be used to identify a living individual. We always strive to ensure that the personal data we process is treated in a secure manner that complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). PE "Roads of Serbia" only collects personal data that you voluntarily give us and that are necessary for business purposes. All data that comes into our possession is updated, stored in a secure manner, protected from any misuse, unauthorized disclosure or loss and is stored only for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was obtained. When we no longer need the data, we will destroy it irretrievably.
Personal data may include, but is not limited to:
- Name and surname, address, telephone number

- Usage data
- Cookies
We may collect/use your personal data in order to:
● create your account within the Toll For All application;
● keep records of services performed within the Toll For All application;
● improve the services we offer;
● notificate you about information that PE "Roads of Serbia" believes would be important to you while using the services;
● eliminate possible disturbances in the use of the Toll For All application;
● phone number data is required for your registration as well as password confirmation;
● at your request, to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that you may be interested in;
● etc.
Method of collecting and processing personal data
During a visit to the web portal https://toll4all.com, i.e. when registering on the Toll For All web portal, personal data is collected, whereby users allow the application to identify them and provide them with access to certain services. Registration involves filling in certain fields where the user's personal data is entered, which is then processed by PE "Roads of Serbia", taking all necessary protection measures, in order to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure or unauthorized destruction of data. Personal data is used exclusively and only for the purpose of providing the realization of the services implied by the Toll For All application. If the user ticks the box for receiving the latest information from PE "Roads of Serbia", the entered personal data of the user can be used for the purposes of communication and promotion of new services, improvement of the website, improvement of the offer of products and services, and this type of notification cannot be considered as unauthorized messages, unfair competition, harassment and similar.
PE "Roads of Serbia" is not responsible for any loss or theft of users' passwords or their unauthorized use.
The user accepts that the use of the Toll For All application through the web portal is their responsibility and risk, because PE "Roads of Serbia" does not control the Internet as an international network.
Storage and keeping of data
The company PE "Roads of Serbia", as a seller of products and services on its website, makes maximum efforts to protect the privacy of its users when they are online. Your personal information is stored in a secure and confidential manner, and processed in a lawful manner in accordance with this privacy policy. In order to protect unauthorized and illegal access and processing of personal data of registered users, appropriate measures are taken, including encryption of information and user data.

A cookie is information saved on the user's computer by the website he visits and, as such, saves settings, settings for the website, such as the preferred language or address, and enables the page to recognize useful information about the user and display information tailored to his needs, and all this in order to provide the user with a free service with full functionality and the highest quality content. User Privacy Protection
PE "Roads of Serbia" undertakes to protect the privacy of its users. Basic data necessary for business operations and user information are collected, and in order to provide the highest quality service, all users have the option of choosing if they do not want to be on the mailing list to receive notifications about possible promotions, marketing campaigns, and more. The user database is strictly guarded and only certain employees who are authorized to manage the database have access. Employees of PE "Roads of Serbia" are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.
Online payment security statement and protection of confidential transaction data
Confidentiality of personal data is protected and ensured because when paying on our website, an advanced system is used for safe acceptance of payment cards via the Internet. This system ensures the complete secrecy of the user's card and personal data from the moment they are entered into the Payment Gateway payment form. Payment data is transmitted encrypted from web browsers to the bank that issued the payment card. PE "Roads of Serbia" never comes into contact with the entire payment card data of its users.
The form for entering payment data is secured with an SSL transport code of the highest reliability. All stored data is additionally protected by encryption, using a cryptographic device according to the FIPS 140-2 Level 3 standard. The bank's Payment Gateway meets all the requirements related to the security of online payments prescribed by the leading card brands, that is, it operates in accordance with the norm - PCI DSS Level 1 - the highest security standard of the payment card industry. The Bank considers all collected information confidential and treats it accordingly. Information is used exclusively for the purposes for which it is intended. All user data is considered sensitive data and is completely secure, and their privacy is protected by the most modern protection mechanisms. Only the data necessary for the performance of the work are collected in accordance with the prescribed and demanding procedures for online payment. The security controls and operational procedures applied to our infrastructure ensure the immediate reliability of the system. In addition, by maintaining strict access control, regular security monitoring and in-depth checks to prevent network vulnerabilities, and planned implementation of provisions on information security, they permanently maintain and improve the level of system security by protecting card data.
Data security during payment is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Poštanska Štedionica, Belgrade, so the entire payment process is carried out on the bank's website, and the payment card data is not available to the PE "Roads of Serbia" system.
Changes in the information on the processing of personal data
PE "Roads of Serbia" will periodically update this Privacy Policy and after each change will indicate the date of the revision, which will take effect from the specified date.
We suggest that all users review this privacy policy from time to time in order to be informed about the manner in which information and personal data are protected.
Children's Privacy Protection
PE "Roads of Serbia" respects the protection of children's privacy in the interactive online world. Our website is not intended for persons under the age of 18 and our policy prohibits the collection or retention of information about minors.
